Rates

The basic minimum stay requirement is two nights. 

The daily rate is € 135 per night for 2 persons.

We offer a week special for stays of 7 nights or more:
€ 770 per week (= € 110 per night)

 

 

- The special week rate of € 770 is not applicable during the dates listed below.

- This means that in these periods the normal daily rate of  € 135 per night applies.

- Also, during these dates there is a minimum stay-requirement  of 3 nights.

 

- Queens Birthday: April 27- May 4th, 2010
- Ascension Day: May 18 - 25, 2009
- Whitsuntide: May 28 - June 4, 2009
- Gay Pride Weekend: August 4 - 9, 2010

- Sail Amsterdam: August 18 - 24 2010

- IBC conference: September 1 - 14 2010

- Christmas and New Year: December 24th 2010- January 7th 2011

- Easter: April 18 - 25, 2011
- Queens Birthday: April 25th - May 2nd, 2011

A deposit is required at the time of booking of 50% for the reservation to be confirmed. The balance is to be settled upon arrival in cash. Of course you can also settle by online payment through Paypal prior to arrival.

 

 

The deposit can be paid through www.paypal.com (an eBay Company). We will send you an electronic invoice, which allows you to make the payment using your credit card.

 

You can make PayPal payments with or without having a PayPal account. If you prefer to pay by bank, we will provide you with the account number and the international bank codes that you will require.

 

If you prefer paying with a credit card through Pay Pal, please note that there is a surcharge of 5% on the total amount to be paid

 

Deposits will not be refunded in case the renter decides to cancel his or her reservation. Please make sure that this is covered by your own travel insurance. The voucher for the reservation is personal and non-transferable to any and all third-parties. In case the renter remains absent on the first day of the reservation without further notice, we will make the apartment available for immediate renting to other parties. In this case the reservation made will be void and no restitutions will be given, be it in payment or in days remaining.

 

The cancellation charges are:

• 50% of your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date
• 20% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
• No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.
• No refunds in case of shortening your stay after arrival.

Please make sure that you receive our confirmation that indeed your reservation is cancelled. Even though e-mail is quite reliable, we would like to ensure that communication is clear and unambiguous.
