Minimum stay: 2 nights and 3 nights during 'special days' (see rates)
Maximum number of people: 2 guests + a baby up to 2 years old
Extra guests: one extra guest is an option (see rates)
Check-in time:
After 2:00 pm or by mutual agreement
Check-out time:
Before 11:00 am or by mutual agreement
Smoking: is not allowed
Pets: are not allowed
Note: we have two cats who are only allowed on the first floor of our own private apartment.
Breakfast:
Since you will find numerous places where breakfast is served just around the corner, breakfast is not served in the apartments. Of course you can also prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen.

Accommodation:
We would be grateful if you keep and leave the accommodation in proper condition (not leaving the dirty dishes etc.) and let us know immediately if there is any damage, so we can replace things before new guests arrive.
